Article 1
General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and big11 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided through the big11 platform at the domain big11.vin and all its subdomains.

Big11 operates as a digital entertainment platform offering sports betting, online casino, Slot Games, Fish Shooting Games, and other game categories. All services are intended solely for entertainment purposes for eligible adult users.

The binding and governing language of this Agreement is Indonesian. In the event of any discrepancy between another language version and the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Article 2
Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and use big11 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or the legal age applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a valid agreement under applicable law.
• Not falling within the category of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under the regulations of your jurisdiction.
• Acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Holding a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name that matches the information registered at big11.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account on the big11 platform. Creating multiple accounts, family accounts to circumvent restrictions, or accounts created to abuse bonus programs are serious violations and will be subject to sanctions under Article 9.

Article 3
Member Account

Members are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. big11 strongly recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in the account settings menu.

All activity on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless it can be proven that the account was accessed without authorization and you reported it to the big11 support team immediately. You must contact us right away if you detect any suspicious activity on your account.

Big11 will never ask for a member's account password through any channel — email, live chat, or phone. Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be part of the big11 team.

Article 4
Deposits and Withdrawals

Big11 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and other banks), digital wallets (GoPay, DANA, OVO, ShopeePay), and QRIS. All transactions must use a bank account or digital wallet registered under the name of the big11 account holder.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: IDR 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah).
• Big11 charges no admin fee for the deposit process.
• Deposited funds are credited to the account balance once payment is successfully verified by the system — typically within seconds and no longer than 5 minutes depending on the method used.
• Deposits that cannot be verified within 30 minutes may be reported to the support team with proof of transfer.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah).
• Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the big11 account.
• Big11 is committed to processing withdrawals in under 3 minutes for standard transactions. Under certain circumstances, such as when additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
• Big11 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals or those deemed to require further review.
• Withdrawals can only be processed once the rollover requirements attached to any active bonus have been met.

Article 5
Bonuses and Promotions

Big11 regularly offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs to members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be read before claiming. The general terms applicable to all bonus types are as follows:

• Each member may claim each type of bonus only once, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the rollover (wagering requirement) stated in the promotion before they can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is a violation and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Big11 reserves the right to cancel bonuses where there is evidence of promotion abuse, including but not limited to the use of arbitrage betting strategies or multiple accounts.
• Bonuses have claim and usage deadlines as specified in each promotion. Bonuses that pass their expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

Article 6
Game Rules

All games available on the big11 platform operate using a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fair and tamper-proof outcomes. Members are strictly prohibited from using software, bots, automated scripts, or any tools that could influence game results or provide an unfair advantage.

In the event of a technical error during gameplay (e.g. connection disruption, system bug, or display malfunction), big11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the member's balance. big11's decision in technical situations is final following a transparent internal investigation.

Article 7
Sports Betting

For Sports Betting services, the following additional terms apply and form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in the event of a postponed or cancelled match as governed by the big11 match postponement policy.
• If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its original schedule and does not resume, all related bets will be declared void and stakes fully refunded.
• For parlays/accumulators, void legs will be removed from the ticket and the parlay remains valid with the remaining legs. If only one leg remains, the parlay bet is treated as a regular single bet.
• Odds displayed are the final odds at the time the bet is confirmed. big11 reserves the right to correct any incorrectly entered odds (odds error) before the bet is confirmed.
• Live betting wagers are confirmed based on the odds in effect at the moment of confirmation. Network delays are not grounds for claiming an odds discrepancy.

Account Suspension and Closure

Big11 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account, hold balances, or cancel active bets and winnings if a breach of these Terms and Conditions is established. Conditions that may result in account suspension or closure include:

1. Providing false registration information, including age, identity, or bank account details.
2. Creating or operating more than one account simultaneously.
3. Abusing the bonus or promotions program in any way.
4. Using unauthorized software or methods to access or manipulate the big11 system.
5. Engaging in activity suspected of constituting money laundering or financial fraud.
6. Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward big11 staff or other members.

In the event of a confirmed violation, balances derived from rule-breaking activity may be forfeited without refund. Members who believe their suspension was unwarranted may file an appeal through big11 support with supporting evidence.

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet network outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account by a third party as a result of the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Article 12
Changes to Terms and Conditions

Big11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address, at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect — except for changes required for urgent legal or security reasons.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use big11 services after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with the applicable procedure.
